Kirtan: Vibrational Healing, Chanting and Musical Celebration
Sunday, July 18 •
7:00–9:00 pm
Almost everything we touch and see around us has a living pulse inside of it. Sound and musical tones are vibrational healers. Chanting OM is the most basic, primal sound and the origin of all sounds and purifies our voices and ears, enhancing communication, and our hearts and minds enhancing wholeness, clarity and right intention. Vibrational medicine is a term used to describe a wide variety of living remedies, and incorporates the use of prana, or life force energy within living organisms that helps us digest our experiences into unity and compassion. We need to look no further than the planet we live on and our own voices to take advantage of its natural vibrational remedies to help us balance ourselves and the world in which we live. No previous experience necessary, all welcome.
Chaya Li Sharon, Harmonium, Phill Fest, Guitar, and Richard Brookens, Tablas, Clay Pots, Flute and Gong.
